Getting Into A Routine

As we're now a few days into the new year, we're getting closer to the time where some of us are going back to school, university or work. Our usual routine is shaking up over the holidays and sometimes it can be difficult to get into a routine. I am someone that has always struggled to get into a routine. Most of the time I will go to bed at a ridiculously late time or sometimes I'll get up at a ridiculously early hour. Now I've tried many times to watch morning and evening routines so I kind of got a rough idea on how to get yourself into a healthy, normal routine. Of course everyone is different. Some of us are early birds, some of us are night owls and some of us just are in between. I just thought I'd give you a guys a reasonable routine that you can either follow or change it up a bit to suit your needs. The Morning  1. Hello 2020

Happy New Year Everyone! Can you believe it's finally 2020. I always get surprised when a new year comes round. Honestly though it does feel like the start of a new story. Page 1 of 366 as this year it is a leap year so we have one extra day of the year. Of course like with every year, it's time to create a list of new years resolutions or I like to see them as my goals for the year. Now I look back at the goals I made last year and I was very ambitious about what I was going to do. Of course I didn't manage to achieve all the goals but that doesn't matter as I still had a great year. This year though I am planning on making some big changes to my life. I'm moving out of my mum's house and moving three hours away. So yeah that is a big change for me and I'm still not sure how I'm going to do it but I am hopeful by February or March I will do it. Fingers crossed. This year my goal is to just be happy and focus on taking care of myself. I'm go
