It’s important to have a little self care in your life. A lot of people think that means having a pamper session with face masks and sorting your skincare. The reality with self care is doing little things that will make you feel happier and improve your mood. Sometimes it’s good to take time to do things for yourself because we all need to take care of ourselves every now and then. Here’s a few little things I’ve done to add a little self care in my life. Bubble Bath I do love a bubble bath because sometimes it’s nice to take the time to relax. Add bubbles, put a bath bomb in and watch something in the bath. Especially as the days are getting colder, a nice hot bath does the trick. Putting on comfy clothes I love this time of year because it means I get to make use out of the many jumpers I own.
