My Caravan Holiday

Image
Hi everyone! Last friday I just came back from a lovely five day break in Tenby. I went with my mum and we stayed in a caravan at Haven Kiln Park in Tenby. It was so lovely because with a haven holiday you get the entertainment, arcade, lots of options for food plus you're so near the beach. It was really nice. I took a lot of photos on my holiday and I thought I'd share them with you in a photo journal. Let's get started.  The caravan we stayed in was a three bedroom one. We used the spare room as a storage room which was handy as the little bedrooms are small and barely have any space in them. The actual caravan itself was spacious with a L sofa which also turned into a bed and a little dining table. It also has a kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave and fridge which is ideal for self catering. It was like a home from home. This was my bedroom which as you can see wasn't very spacious. It did have shelves and an open wardrobe where you can hang your clothes. Plus a mir...

Summer Staying In Plans

Image
With everything going up in price, it can be a real struggle to find things to do on a budget and sometimes one of the cheapest things to do is stay at home. Yet that can seem pretty boring so I thought I'd share some things you can do at home during the Summer on a budget. That way you can have a few days where it's not your typical day at home and just makes it more exciting for you especially during the Summer. These are things you can do on your own or with family/friends but it just makes Summer more exciting for you especially on those days you don't want to leave your home. Let's get started. 1. Have a BBQ Honestly, what even is summer without having a BBQ and these days you don't even need some fancy expensive BBQ equipment. You can easily buy a disposable BBQ and it does it just as good. For me it's just the smell of the BBQ while being out in the garden just feels like Summer. You don't even need outdoor seating, just a picnic blanket will do and m...

April Favourites

Image
As it's coming to the end of April, I thought I'd share a few of my favourite things which I have been loving this month. It's not going to be a huge list because my life isn't very exciting but these are just a few things which I have enjoyed this month. 1. Jigsaw Puzzles I recently discovered a love of doing jigsaw puzzles when I spent eight hours doing one. As much as it is time consuming and frustrating at times plus the end result you'll have to destroy eventually. However, I just find it so relaxing and watching the picture slowly come together is a satisfying feeling. Definitely want to do some more jigsaw puzzles next month. 2. Journaling I recently got back into journaling again and realising how stress relieving it is. Just writing all my thoughts and feelings down on paper for only me to see. I write about all the things bringing me down and all the things that have made me happy. The best part is nobody will read because I won't let them...

What time is it? Summer time

From the words of High School Musical 'Summer time is finally here.' Well for me it is. I know right now it is exam time and the last month or two of school but summer is just around the corner. I suppose every year we think the same thing. This summer will be the best summer yet and it can be if you want it to be. Don't just lay around watching YouTube videos and staying up late every night. Do something different. Wake up early and go out somewhere. Go for a walk. Read a book. Do a jigsaw. Go to the cinema. Maybe even go on an internet detox for a bit and just do things offline. It's quite refreshing when you go offline. Maybe even make this summer a healthy one. It's never to late to become healthy. The most important thing is to cut the sugar out of your system. Start exercising or go for a walk every day. Make healthy choices for your meals. It's up to you though. Change if you want to change, don't change for other people. It's your body after a...

Going Offline?

You may have noticed that it has been almost a week since my last post. I feel guilty a little for not making a post and it feels like ages since I've been online. That's because I'm back at home now for the summer and yes I have rubbish internet. It sucks but I've literally tried to go online but I can't. I can't even watch YouTube videos or reply to people snapchat or go on social media. The internet is so slow and half the time it doesn't even work. That's why I haven't been posting on my blog. It feels kind of refreshing not being online I feel like I'm starting to relax by doing things offline. I'm reading books, I'm playing video games. I even finished a jigsaw puzzle the other day. It feels really good. I'm going to my dads on Sunday for a week so I may have better internet connection there so I'll make more posts next week but I may be offline sometimes. I'll try to make a post when I can or whenever I have an inte...

Things to do if you're bored

Hey guys! Summer is finally here and I bet some of you are bored and have no idea what to do. Well I thought I would give you some ideas of what you can do if you're bored this Summer or any time really. Clean or organize your room -  Take a look around your room and see if it's messy. If you're like me there may be some clothes on the floor, your desk is untidy and your make up is everywhere. Just have a day spent dedicating to cleaning your room. It takes time you know and it gets you motivated to be productive. You might also be in the mood to rearrange your room. You have no idea how many times I was in the mood to move my furniture around. You can always move it back if you don't like it and get some help with the heavy stuff. You don't want a wardrobe falling on top of you.  Read or reread a book series -  Most people are all about phones and technology but there's nothing like reading a good book. I'm not even talking about a kindle or audio boo...
