Desk Tour

Image
As this week's theme has been all about blogging, I thought I'd share with you my workspace and where I write the majority of my blog posts on a weekly basis. Anyway without further ado let's begin the desk tour. Firstly, I'll give you an overview of my desk which is currently the tidiest it has ever been. Although I did tidy it especially for this post, this is how I like to keep it most of the time. The desk itself is one I bought years ago from Argos. I'm not entirely sure they sell it anymore but it was one of the simpler, cheaper desks and it works for me as I mainly use my desk for blogging and doing my makeup so it's the perfect size for me. It has no drawers or anything and plenty of space underneath it, although I'm not going to show underneath because it's a little chaotic with my makeup products and beauty supplies. Anyway, enjoy an overview of my desk and then I'll go through each part of it. The laptop that I use for everything including...

What's On My Desk

Image
As I spend a lot of time on my desk, writing blog posts and trying to figure my life out, I thought why not share what's on my desk.  Below is an overview of my desk. The desk itself is just a simple black desk from Argos. It's lasted me a few years now but honestly, I love it because it may be small, I still have plenty of space especially when I'm writing and blogging. I absolutely love it. Looking at this photo I realised how dirty it is and the Hogwarts stickers have faded a lot on it so I should probably deal with that. Honestly though, I love this laptop. I've had it now for a few years and it has so much memory. You don't realise how big 1TB of memory is until you get a laptop with one. It's an Asus Vivo book and honestly, I love it. The inside definitely looks better than the outside because it's this nice gold coloured keyboard and ...

University Room Tour

Image
Hi Readers! For those of you who don't know I'm currently studying a masters degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and I thought it would be a fun to do a university room tour. I had done one of these in my first year way back in 2016 of my halls of residence room and I thought it would be fun to do it again for this room as I really love this room. Plus this a great way for me to look back and remember so it's kind of a win win, Also you may get some inspiration for your own university room or even your bedroom. I hope you like it and let's get on with the room tour.  This is what you see when you enter my bedroom. It's not a big room but it's big enough for me.  To the right as you enter is two hooks (the handiest thing to have in a uni bedroom) and I just hang my everyday bags, coats and dressing gown. It's just very handy to have. If you saw my first uni room tour you'll know there was no hooks like this in that room so I was very happy with t...
