Last Day Of August


Can you believe that it's the last day of August and tomorrow is September?

Summer just feels like its been and gone. I think when you work all the time it feels like everyday just goes by in a flash and you forget what day it is. Then all of a sudden it's the end of August which for me means the end of Summer. I've always found that when September arrives it's the start of Autumn which is my favourite season. I love Autumn for many different reasons like my birthday, Halloween, bonfire night. I also like the fact that September is like the start of something new for a lot of people because of school and university. I always find September a time to make some changes and get a fresh new start. It's a reminder that the year is not over yet.

So yeah, I feel like I haven't done a lot this summer. I've just been working and I did go to a festival for August Bank Holiday. Although I do have 8 days off work right now so I'm going to use this time to make some plans and finally read all those books that have been waiting to be read.

Anyway, that's all I have to say about the last day of August. As I have eight days off, expect more blog posts from me as I do have some things planned coming up for Autumn.

My Future Plans

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. Of course many things can go wrong and you're kind of terrified to take that risk. That's how I'm feeling right now. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Get my degree Now this is probably an obvious one as I'm in my third year of university but honestly after two years of doing university it would be nice if next year I could have a degree. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February.
