As it's been a while since I shared my makeup routine on this blog, I thought I'd share what I've been currently using on a daily basis when it comes to doing my makeup. I tend to keep it pretty natural as I wear this for work or on my days where I'm leaving the house. These are the products I use for my daily makeup routine. 1. Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer Rose Porcelain A classic but a goody. I always find myself straying back to this one and I absolutely love it. I find it affordable but it just works wonders. I only use it around my eyes and on my chin because it works like a charm. I never put concealer around my nose anymore because of the amount of times I blow my nose, especially because of this hayfever, it's just not worth it. Plus who doesn't have a bit of redness around their nose. Either way, this is a concealer I love and will always come back to. 2. Tonight I'm going to my works Christmas party so I thought why not share the makeup I'm using and also give you guys some ideas on makeup this Christmas. Whether it's for a party, Christmas Day, everyday life or just because. Hopefully you can take something away from this post. So let's begin. 1. Primer I don't usually wear primer every time but on special occasions or if I know I'm going to wear foundation then I'll use primer. I like to use Collection's Primed and Ready primer for the face and their eye primer too. I just think it helps to keep my makeup on for a long time and I do notice a difference when I put it on. I also love how these primer feel on my skin. Plus it contains Witch Hazel which helps with spots and blemishes so it helps take care of your skin as well which is useful. 2. Foundation I now only own two foundations in my collection but this is the one I use all the time. It's the Rimmel Lasting Radiance foundation. I...

Tonight is rather an exciting night because I'm actually going out for the first time in forever and spending my evening actually doing something instead of working or watching YouTube videos. Me and my mum are going out to watch a tribute band of the Beatles in our local arts centre. I know it's not the real thing but it's still the same songs and everything. I'm actually having a drink of cider before going out because why not. I actually have today off as well as tomorrow so why not go a little crazy. Believe it or not you can have a very simple make up routine in only six steps. It's very simple and minimalistic. You can use it for work or school or just days when you're not feeling like putting on so much make up but you still want some make up. It's also so quick and easy to do. Here we go: Step 1 - Concealer. Use the concealer under the eyes and any spots and blemishes that you may have. You don't even need foundation and this is more of a natural make up look. Sometimes I find it's too obvious you have make up on when you have foundation but with concealer you're just putting it on the parts which really need it. My favourite concealer to use is Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in the shade Fair 1. I absolutely love this concealer and would highly recommend it to anyone. Step 2 - Powder. Today I bought a few new products from Superdrug and Amazon so I thought I'd share with you guys what I bought. In Superdrug I bought mostly beauty items. The first thing I picked up was the Rimmel Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in the shade 107. I really wanted a dark red lipstick and I bought a Kate Moss lipstick the other day and I've heard a lot of people like the shade 107 so I decided to get it because it's really affordable. The next thing I bought was the Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in the shade Very Black because I like using black mascara and I also wanted to try a new mascara. I saw this online and I was surprised it was really affordable because normally I think Maybelline products are expensive so when this was £4.99 I just had to get it. I also bought an eyeliner from Maybelline because I needed a new eyeliner because my other one was getting old and I just thought I'd treat myself to a new eyeliner. Today I went shopping in town today and I went to Boots, Superdrug and Savers which if you are not familiar with these places then they are just drugstore places which sell make up, healthcare and beauty things. I bought quite a few things which I thought I would share with you today. I actually made a list last night of all the things I wanted to get because I had a few vouchers and Christmas money to spend so I thought why not buy some new make up products as well as other beauty things. The first place I went to was Boots and I went to the No 7 Counter because a few weeks ago I had Boots No 7 Makeover as Boots offers a free makeover with No 7 products which me and my friends tried before we went on a night out and it was actually really good. They tested my skin tone to match their foundation and the colour I turned out to be was Cool Vanilla so that was nice to know.
