How I Deal With Distractions

Image
I know some of you are currently going through exams or assignments or you just have a lot to do but find yourself easily distracted. Even now, you could be reading this post as a distraction. Hopefully once you've finished reading this post you'll be a master at dealing with distractions and actually get back to what you're meant to be doing. Let's get started. 1. Plan your time wisely It's really important to plan out your time wisely on everything you need to do. Desk Tour

Image
As this week's theme has been all about blogging, I thought I'd share with you my workspace and where I write the majority of my blog posts on a weekly basis. Anyway, enjoy an overview of my desk and then I'll go through each part of it. The laptop that I use for everything including...

It's hard to find motivation when everything just feels the same. Here are a few tips that I've found useful for keeping motivated on off days. 1. Have a dedicated work space I find having a dedicated space in your home to do your work is a great way to feel motivated. I would avoid working from your bed or even the sofa as they are comfortable plus will make you feel a little lazy. I would definitely recommend working at a desk or if you don't have a desk, try working at a dining room table. At least you know when you sit down at your desk, you're in working mode then you can leave your sofa and bed for times when you want to relax and just be a little lazy. 2. Tidy up I don't mean go crazy with cleaning your entire home, I mean just clear up any clutter around your work space. If you'...
