My Skincare Routine

For ages I used to never have a skincare routine. I never saw the point because I don't have oily or dry skin. I also never had acne. The only problems I had on my face was the odd spot and redness but other than that it was fine. Recently I learned about pores and realised I have bad pores on my face. I also have sensitive skin so I was always worried about putting too much product on my face. I decided to look up skincare products which work for sensitive skin. I then went out and bought some skincare products to use on a daily basis and now I'm going to show you skincare routine.

1. Face wipes
I know people say wet wipes are not the best method but they work for me and I've never really had any trouble with them. Plus they're just great for a quick cleanse or to wipe makeup off. I tend to go for the face wipes which are three in one so they basically do three things to your face. This pack is from Savers. I just get the face wipes that cost about a pound because they work just as well as the expensive ones. In my opinion.

2. Garnier Pure Active Sensitive Face Wash
I use this face wash in the mornings when I wash my face and it feels great. It doesn't affect my sensitive skin and it feels like my face is cleansed. It foams up so I feel like it's working on cleansing my face. I then just wash it off and let it dry before going onto the next product.

3. Simple Soothing Facial Toner
Honestly, I never knew what toner was before. Then I found out it's to help reduce pores on your face so I thought I'd give it a try. I just use it with cotton pad and wipe it over my face. Again it doesn't affect my sensitive skin and I feel like it's working. My pores are a lot smaller than they were. This brings me onto my next and final step.

4. Simple Protecting Light Moisturiser
I find that moisturising my skin helps me a lot because I just feel like my skin is ready for the day after moisturiser. This one also has SPF 15 so that's a bonus (even though here in the UK we don't get much sun, especially this time of year) but it helps to know my skin is protected with SPF.

Anyway, that's my skincare routine. I know it wasn't a big skincare routine but it's what works for me and I like it. Especially with my sensitive skin I don't want to go overboard with skincare products. Let me know what your skincare routine is in the comments below.

I'll be back again with another post tomorrow.

See you then.
