Here we are, the fifth month of the year and we’re flying through this year already. I’m very excited because at the end of this month I’m on holiday in Majorca with my family. It’s very exciting because I always love going away on holiday. There’s also two bank holidays this month which is even more exciting. 

Other than that I don’t really have a lot planned for this month. I’ve got family staying this weekend. I’m hoping to work on my novel this month as I haven’t really had much of a chance recently. It feels like I’ve been so busy with work and I haven’t really had much time for myself. That’s all going to change this month. This month is a new month, new me. I’m feeling positive about this month as I’ve had a few meh months these past couple of months but now it’s onwards and upwards.

Things That Make Me Happy

I thought I'd share five things that make me happy because it's good to have things in your life that make you happy and these are mine. Let's get started.  Driving My Own Car I honestly love driving my car. It's a great feeling just being able to get in my car and go anywhere. I love listening to music in my car because when I drive, I'm singing along and it's a great feeling. It's therapeutic. When I first got my car, it made me nervous but as long as you know what you're doing and go at your pace. Plus remain focused then you'll be fine. It gives you so much freedom and independence when you drive and honestly, I don't know what I did before I had my own car.  Playing a video game I don't know why but getting invested in a good video game is something that really makes me happy.
