Work Eat Sleep Repeat.

Hey there!

I know it's been two weeks since my last post. Honestly, that wasn't my intention as I had planned a couple of blog posts and even had the photos ready for them but as many of you know life got in the way. Although a clue in the title should be that work got in the way. Suddenly I went from having three shifts a week to having five shifts a week. Suddenly you realise you don't have time to do things anymore. It does feel like I work, eat, sleep, and repeat 24/7. I find my days off; I don't want to do much. Although I did do something spontaneous last weekend where I finished work and got a taxi home, got quickly ready before jumping on a train to stay over with a guy I'm currently seeing. Honestly, it was nice to have plans for once and I had a nice time. I mentioned before that I'm trying to make the most of my days off and do things on them. Although recently that has been a little tricky especially when my schedule is kind of all over the place. Last weekend though reminded me that I really should do more on my days off than just be lazy at home (nothing wrong with that) but I feel like I need to take more chances in life and be more spontaneous.

Another exciting thing is I've started doing driving lessons finally which has honestly been a long time coming. It feels great as I just want to be able to finally learn to drive because then I know if I can drive the possibilities are endless. I've already mapped out a few places I want to go when I can finally learn to drive and honestly, I'm excited. The lessons are going well, I've only had three so far but it's a good start. I've got my theory booked in August so who knows maybe I'll pass my driving test this year.

Anyway, I know this post was very rambly on what's going on in my life, but I feel you deserved an explanation for why I've been away for a couple of weeks. Starting this week, I'm going to dedicate more time to my blog in between working and driving lessons to produce content that I hope you'll enjoy reading.

Thank you for reading my blog, I appreciate it and I'll be back soon with another post for you.

See you then.
