Rainy Day

I love rainy days, especially as most of the time is spent inside. It's kind of nice when it rains so we're not tempted to go outside. One thing I do love to do when it rains is read because it's kind of a nice background noise and often I don't like to hear loud noises while I'm reading because I'll get distracted. It kind of fits in well because I'm currently reading The Secret Garden which is my favourite children's story. I love my copy because I found it in a charity shop ages ago and it just looks so beautiful. I always love classic hardback books and I love the smell of them too (I'm not sure if that's weird or others feel the same but I thought I may as well mention it)
From my bedroom, I have a nice view to my mum's room and her window has a green field which usually has either sheep or cows on it. Although on this rainy day, nothing is on it except wide open green space. I always feel grateful to live near the countryside and I guess that's why I love living in Wales. It's so relaxing especially on rainy days when all you can hear is the rain as well as the thunder which I don't mind when I'm safe and sound inside.

So yeah that's my little thoughts on this rainy day. I'll be back again soon with another blog post for you.

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. Of course many things can go wrong and you're kind of terrified to take that risk. That's how I'm feeling right now. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Get my degree Now this is probably an obvious one as I'm in my third year of university but honestly after two years of doing university it would be nice if next year I could have a degree. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February. I know there's Valentine's Day which as a single person is a day I detest, although I'm going to make plans and celebrate my single hood. Then of course there's pancake day which is always a treat.
