I'm Here For You

Mental Health is important and so is having someone to listen to you.

If you're feeling down then I want to let you know that you can always talk to me. I know I'm most likely a stranger to you but I'm a very good listener. I've always been the listener rather than the talker so if you're struggling it's better to talk about it than keep it bottled up.

Talk to a friend, a parent, a sibling, a teacher, an uncle, an aunt. Anyone. You can always talk to me privately through email or a direct message on social media. I'll have a chat with you if you're struggling.

Maybe if you don't trust this blogger then you can always turn to other places that will talk to you.

Samaritans is a good place to start: https://www.samaritans.org/
You can call them, email them, write them a letter or even in person. They can help you if you're struggling. Even if you think the problem is a little thing or a big thing. They can and will help you.

Everybody matters and nobody should feel down.

Now is the time we should all supporting each other rather than bringing anyone down. Let's start talking about how we're feeling instead of bottling up.

Mental health is an issue that needs to be taken more seriously.

So let's start talking.
