New Years Resolutions

Here we are again the 1st January. This is the beginning of the year where you decide to make changes to your life and make new years resolutions. However, when it comes to new year resolutions you end up forgetting within a week.

I thought I'd share with you some tips to keeping your new years resolutions.

Turn them into goals
Instead of thinking them as New Years Resolutions think of them as goals. What do you want to achieve this year. What is your main goal for this year. Whether that's to get fitter, be healthier or be more happier. Whatever it is you can do it. Write it down then write down why you want to achieve this goal then it will motivate you to do it. Stick the goal on your bedroom wall so everyday you will see it then it might make you want to do it.

Make them realistic
It's all well to say I wish for world peace this year. Even though that is a good thought for the new year, however you yourself might not be able to achieve it. I recommend making a goal that you yourself will be able to achieve if you put your mind to it. Also make them about you. What do you want to achieve this year.

Make a 2017 bucket list
I recommend making a bucket list of all the things you want to do for this year. Whether that's to visit a new place or try a new hobby. Make a bucket list which will make you happy and try to complete all things on that bucket list.

Now I know there's only three things here but with the right realistic goals which you set yourself for the new year and the motivation you give yourself then you can achieve your new years resolutions.

I'll be back again with another post this week.

See you then.
