Where I Want To Be In 10 Years Time


A question we've all been asking since we were children. Of course we can't predict the future and life can throw things at us unexpectedly but one can hope and dream about our futures.

As I'm turning 23 this year, I thought it would be fun to make a blog post about where I want to be in 10 years time so I can potentially look back on this post in 10 years time and see if I was right or not.

One place I do want to be in 10 years time is living in Manchester. I've been doing a lot of thinking recently about where I want to move to and one place I kept thinking of moving to is Manchester. I loved living up North when I was in university and I feel like there is a lot of job opportunities in Manchester. I'll also be closer to my brother who is at university in Manchester. I just feel like it will be nice to move somewhere where I at least know one person. So yeah, in 10 years time I hope to still be happily living in Manchester.

Another thing I hope for in 10 years time is to find love. I don't expect to be married or have kids by then but it would be nice to be in a good relationship with someone who actually cares about me. As much as I enjoy being single, I wish I did have a man in my life I can go on dates with, have real conversations with and just have fun with. One can dream though.

I also hope in 10 years time that I'm in a job that I love and I'm just happy. That's all I really want in 10 years time is to say that I'm genuinely happy and I love my life. That's all I want.

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February.
