My Summer Plans

As we're now heading into the Summer season, surprisingly I actually have some plans. I thought why not share my plans for the summer with you guys and maybe you can get some ideas of your own.

So these are my plans for the summer.

Holiday!
I'm going on holiday in August! I have not been on holiday since 2019 and I'm so excited. I cannot wait to pack up a suitcase, get on a plane, relax by the pool, and go to the beach. Honestly, I'm so excited to be going away on holiday this summer because it has definitely been a long time coming especially after this whole pandemic. It will be worth it.

I've done quite a bit of reading this year, but I just find the Summer the perfect time to read as you can get out and read in the garden, go to the beach, and read or even take a book on holiday with you. It's just the perfect time to get through your reading list and stay tuned as I'll be publishing my reading list for the summer which I am so excited about. So yeah, I plan to read a lot this Summer.

Take more chances
This may be a weird thing to say but I've discovered that taking a chance on something you wouldn't normally do could lead to something beautiful. So instead of just sitting at home or going to work throughout the Summer, I'm going to try and make the most of my days off and just do something whether it's going for walks or going on a day trip somewhere new. You never know what could happen. I took a chance in May and honestly, I'm so happy I did it because it meant I got to meet a new person who has now become a part of my story. That is why I plan to take more chances this Summer as it could lead to the best Summer ever.

Look into learning to drive
So I can't drive. I've been meaning to learn to drive for a while because I feel like my life would be so much easier if I could drive/ I feel like I'd regret it if I didn't and one of my goals this year is to learn to drive so I may as well start looking into it and make it a part of my summer plans to learn to drive.

So there we have it, those are my Summer plans. Let me know what your Summer plans are. I would love to hear them.

Thank you for reading my blog and I'll be back with another post.

See you then.
