My Favourite Book

Anyone who knows me will know that Harry Potter is my favourite book series of all time, but I feel like Harry Potter is its category so surprisingly I'm not going to talk about them.

My favourite book came out of nowhere but when I did get it and started reading it, I couldn't put it down which is the best kind of book. I've discovered that I love contemporary, romance books as most of my bookshelf are full of them. I just love a feel-good book and contemporary romance always provides that for me. I found this book on YouTube through Book Tube and this book was highly recommended if you're looking for a good contemporary romance book.

So what is my favourite book?

Well...
Yes, it's Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. I was so excited to get this book because I heard such good things about it so the minute it arrived, I started reading it and I couldn't put it down. It related to me because I've had many crushes in my lifetime but there's always something that means I can't have them like they don't know I exist, or they belong to someone else. I loved the characters of Anna and St. Clair plus the whole book is set in the city of love in Paris so it just has everything you would want in a good contemporary romance novel. I didn't want to stop reading and wanted to know what happened next after every chapter. I read it all in one day and loved it. I reread it when I went on holiday to Malta, and it was the perfect holiday read plus reminded me why I loved it.

So yes, Anna and the French Kiss is my favourite book. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a feel-good, contemporary, romance story.

Let me know what your favourite book is in the comments below. I would love to hear it.

Thank you for reading my blog and I'll be back soon with another post.

See you then.
