My Reading List

If you've read any of my previous posts, one thing I really enjoy is reading and I've bought some new books recently so I thought I might share with you all the books on my reading list.

So let's get started.

Current Read:
The Endless Autumn By Annabelle Knight
I came across this book when I was browsing Amazon for books and decided to type in Autumn as that is my favourite season plus, I thought it would be a perfect time of year in a book. However, this book was one of the first results and when I saw the cover, I thought it looked beautiful that I had to get it. I read the synopsis just to be sure and I related to it so much. It is about a woman named Autumn who believes she has the perfect life with the job, boyfriend and best friend who then gets her heart broken. It leads to Autumn needing to change her life drastically. As someone who has had her heart broken many times, I thought I can relate to them. I've never actually heard of Annabelle Knight, and I believe this is her debut novel. I'm only on the first few pages so I don't have a full opinion of it yet but I'm excited to read more.

To Be Read:
Just Like You by Nick Hornby
I came across this book when I was shopping in Waterstones which for those who don't live in the UK know is a bookstore. Every time I go in there, I always have to buy a book no matter what. I was browsing some of the authors I usually browse buy I couldn't find anything so then I came across this book and read the synthesis at the back. It sounded like a nice story where two people who have nothing in common and are opposites who meet one day. It sounded like a feel-good book, and I sense there may be some romance involved. I've never read anything by Nick Hornby, and it also made me realise that most of my books are all written by females which I felt guilty about, so I knew I had to buy this book. From the reviews, it does sound like a good read, and I can't wait to read it.
The Paris Connection by Lorraine Brown
This is a book I saw in Tesco, and it already sounded perfect from the title because it is set in the city of love. It's an interesting read because it's about a couple who are travelling on a train on the way to a wedding when the train divides and the couple ends up on separate trains. We follow Hannah who ends up in Paris while her boyfriend Si ends up in Amsterdam who meets Leo on the station platform and he's everything Si isn't. It's about when life takes an unexpected turn for the better and I'm just so excited because it sounds like a good feel-good romance with the usual complication of another person. Either way, I'm excited to get around to reading this book.
I Heart Paris by Lindsey Kelk
Finally, I Heart Paris which is the third book in Lindsey Kelk's I Heart Series which I was gifted the whole series for Christmas. I'm excited to get around reading this series because it is a feel-good contemporary romance series set in different cities and reminds me of the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella which I enjoyed. Of course, I'm excited about this as it takes place in Paris. It seems I have a love of books that are set in Paris. Makes me want to visit it even more. Either way, I'm excited to continue with Angela Clark's story.

Anyway, that are all the books on my reading list currently. Of course, there are many more, but I don't want this post to go on forever. Perhaps I'll do an updated reading list in the future. Let me know if you've read any of these books or if you have any books on your reading list, I would love to hear them. Always happy for a book recommendation.

Thank you for reading my blog and I'll be back again soon with another post.

See you then.
