We've finally arrived at the penultimate month of the year. Only two more months left of 2025 and it's been a very unexpected year for me. 

I got my first car and I unexpectedly fell in love this year. Kind of surprising for me as these were two of the most unexpected things to happen to me and yet they did this year. It's a nice surprise to say the least. 

This month though, I don't really have much going on. Of course there's bonfire night and I'm planning on seeing some fireworks in the town. Another thing that is happening is I'm going to Manchester next weekend to do a bit of shopping and see my brother. Other than that, not a lot else is going on. Although I'm planning on seeing my boyfriend and we're quite a spontaneous couple where we sometimes come up with spontaneous ideas and do it. Last weekend, I went shopping in Swansea with him. The weekend before that we went to Folly Farm together. All of these were very last minute and spontaneous plans which are sometimes some of the best plans.

Of course the biggy of this month is to start preparing for Christmas. I'm surprised that I haven't started my Christmas shopping yet because normally I'm on the ball with it. Yet this year I haven't the foggiest idea what I'm getting anybody. It will come to me eventually but at the moment, not a clue. 

I've also wanted to do something exciting for the last part of the year with my blog. I'm not sure what yet. Whether it's posting everyday, doing Blogmas or having a week worth of posts. I'm not sure yet but I want to do something exciting with this blog at the end of this year. We shall see.

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now.

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. Of course many things can go wrong and you're kind of terrified to take that risk. That's how I'm feeling right now. Here we are, the fifth month of the year and we’re flying through this year already. I’m very excited because at the end of this month I’m on holiday in Majorca with my family. It’s very exciting because I always love going away on holiday. There’s also two bank holidays this month which is even more exciting.  Other than that I don’t really have a lot planned for this month. I’ve got family staying this weekend. I’m hoping to work on my novel this month as I haven’t really had much of a chance recently. It feels like I’ve been so busy with work and I haven’t really had much time for myself. That’s all going to change this month. This month is a new month, new me. I’m feeling positive about this month as I’ve had a few meh months these past couple of months but now it’s onwards and upwards.  Looking forward to it all. Things That Make Me Happy

I thought I'd share five things that make me happy because it's good to have things in your life that make you happy and these are mine. Let's get started.  Driving My Own Car I honestly love driving my car. It's a great feeling just being able to get in my car and go anywhere. I love listening to music in my car because when I drive, I'm singing along and it's a great feeling. It's therapeutic. When I first got my car, it made me nervous but as long as you know what you're doing and go at your pace. Plus remain focused then you'll be fine. It gives you so much freedom and independence when you drive and honestly, I don't know what I did before I had my own car.  Playing a video game I don't know why but getting invested in a good video game is something that really makes me happy.
