It’s that time of the month to share everything I’ve been loving. It has been a while since I’ve done one of these so I may be a little rusty but let’s get started.
Disney Dreamlight Valley
For the longest time, my best friend kept saying to me I need to get this game because I’m going to love it. I kept putting it off mainly because of the price and you know when something says you’re going to like something, I’m always a little uncertain because there’s always the possibility that I won’t. One day though, Disney Dreamlight Valley was on sale on the PlayStation store and I thought why not. Let’s get it. Honestly, this was the best decision because I’ve been playing this game so much. It’s such a comfortable game, you get to decorate and upgrade your house, you get to customise your character whenever you like and best of all you get to hang out with loads of Disney characters. There’s no right or wrong way to play this game, you can focus on the story quests or focus on the friendship quests or you can just do your own thing. My biggest tip is to collect everything and create lots of storage chests. One of the rooms in my house is just filled with storage chests and I’ve organised categories like food, flowers, gems etc. It’s handy because a lot of the quests you need to collect items for and if you already have them in your storage then it counts towards the total. Honestly, this game is worth it as you’ll be spending a lot of time playing it. I haven’t finished the story quests yet because I kind of want to get as many characters as possible first. I do know that completing the story quests doesn’t end the game and you can keep playing. Plus this game also has loads of expansions to it, I’ve recently seen one that has Winnie The Pooh characters which I’m honestly excited about. It’s nice to know this game is forever expanding. Definitely a game I’ve been loving a lot this month and will keep loving.
The Devil Wears Prada
This is one of my favourite movies. I just love it because it’s so iconic. I watched this movie so much in university and it always gives me inspiration to blog. I kind of wish my blog was as big as Runway magazine but a girl can dream right. This movie is always fun with an iconic cast and even twenty years later it’s always worth the watch. That’s why I was so excited when they announced the sequel.
The Devil Wears Prada 2
Honestly, when this came out in the cinema I knew I had to see it. Back in May, I watched it on my own in the cinema which is something I haven’t done in so long and it felt nice. Although having a boyfriend now means I never have to worry about going to the cinema alone, it’s nice to know I’m not afraid to do it. Anyway, I knew he wouldn’t be interested in seeing this movie so that's why I went alone. I really enjoyed this movie as it modernised the original to this day and age. It brings back a lot of throwbacks to the original while still adding its own touch. I love it and I definitely couldn't get it when it came out on streaming. I decided to buy it so that I own it forever along with the first movie because I knew I’d watch it again and again.
Anyway, those are all my favourites of the month. I know there’s not a lot but the ones there made an impact on me this month.
Let me know what you’ve been loving this month. I would love to hear it and I’ll be back again soon with another post for you.
See you then.
