London

A few months ago me and my mum decided to plan a trip to London and before we knew it, November had arrived. I was so excited because I haven't been to London since I was eight years old and even then we were there for one night so it was nice to enjoy two nights away in London. Our plan was pretty much to just be tourists. We did the London Eye when I was eight so we knew we weren't fussed on doing that.

I did have two goals in mind. One was to visit the Harry Potter studio tour and the other was to see a West End Show. I'm happy to say we achieved both of those goals. The studio tour was an incredible experience that I'm going to dedicate a whole post for as it was just amazing. In the West End we watched Back to the Future the Musical and honestly it was an incredible experience. We were in the Dress Circle in row L and it was a great view of the whole stage. It was a fantastic show from the cast to the music to the special effects. It really was amazing and would highly recommend it. I had the best time there and it was definitely a highlight of my trip to London.
On the first day we were debating on whether to get a bus tour or not. Instead we just decided to go for a walk and see for ourselves what it was about. We ended up walking straight down to Trafalgar Square then we spotted the mall and just had to walk down it to Buckingham Palace. We then walked right the way round to Westminster and saw Big Ben, the London Eye and the thames. We ended up having food in Wagamamas which was really tasty before slowly making our way back. We decided to see where the Adelphi theatre was and ended up seeing many of the different theatres around. There is honestly so much to see.
On the second day was our busiest day as we were to go to the studio tour then Back to the Future in the evening so it was a very busy day. We ended up going to Kings Cross station before heading to Watford Junction then getting on the shuttle bus to the tour. I could have spent hours there but sadly we didn't have enough time. I could have done with a time turner. After the tour, we went straight back to the city. I booked TGI Fridays so we ended up rushing back to our hotel, getting ready within fifteen minutes before rushing out to get food. I think I was running on adrenaline as it was very tiring. The food was lovely and we ended up slowly making our way to the Adelphi theatre. As I said the show was incredible and I highly recommend it to anyone especially with the current cast. They did an incredible job. Every single one of them was so good.
Then on our last day, we just went for a walk around to see the London Palladium, Liberty, Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus before heading back to the hotel and then back to London Euston to make our way home.

Honestly, I'm so happy we went there because London is an incredible city. You could spend hours just being a tourist there and seeing all the sights. I was glad we spent two nights there as one night wouldn't have been enough. It was an incredible experience and I would love to go again one day.

Anyway, that was my trip to London. Thank you for reading my blog and I'll be back again soon with another post for you.

See you then.
