We're now in the sixth month of the year and as you're reading this I'm currently on holiday in Majorca. I've obviously written this post in advance so I can really tell you how my holiday is going but let's just say I am very much enjoying the relaxing break. 

As you know, May I had a bit of a creative block with this but recently, my motivation has come back to blogging which is why there have been several posts this week. Mainly to make up for my absence last month. I have a few posts planned for this month which I'm excited about sharing with you. I've actually taken my notebook that I'm working on my novel on holiday with me so expect another writing update this month. I'm also going to share how my holiday went, do a little summary or photo journal of how it all went down so look forward to that.

I'm feeling very positive about this blog and in my absence I have noticed an increase in page views that I have never seen before. In May, I had over 13,000 page views and in April I had over 20,000 which are numbers I never thought I'd see happen on this blog but I feel so grateful to anyone that comes to my blog to read any one of my posts. Even during a time I was going through a creative block, you still came to view my blog and that honestly means a lot to me.

Anyway, keep your eye out on this blog this month as I will be posting every week for you all so stay tuned for that.

Going For A Walk

On Easter Sunday, I woke up early and instead of being lazy I decided to go for a walk. I got dressed and got in my car to drive to town. I knew it would be quiet as it was early Sunday morning so not many people would be out. It was lovely, I parked up in a pretty much empty car park and decided to walk on the promenade. It was so quiet and so nice. It was also so refreshing. I’ve been feeling a bit down recently but going on this walk, listening to music was honestly so good for my mood. It didn’t matter that I was on my own. I just walked, listening to my music and it felt so good. They say going for a walk improves your mental health and honestly it does. Especially when you put on your headphones and listen to your favourite songs. In a weird way you feel like you’re in a musical and I have to stop myself from bursting out singing. My Future Plans

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. Of course many things can go wrong and you're kind of terrified to take that risk. That's how I'm feeling right now. I have the whole Christmas and New Year off which is essentially going to be spent planning what I'm going to do next. I want to move out of my mum's house by February. I want to get a job or an internship which is relevant to my degree. As you can probably tell, these are some major changes for me and I'm terrified but also kind of excited. I'm itching to start planning and I have spent several hours looking at flats to rents these past few months. Soon though it's all going to be real. I know it's going to be scary and I probably have no idea what I'm doing but at the same time, I can't wait for it all to happen. Life is about taking chances after all and sooner or later I...
