McFly VS Busted

Last Tuesday was an incredible day because I saw McFly VS Busted in Birmingham. I've been waiting for this moment all year, I remember getting the tickets back in January and I was buzzing. I've been wanting to go to a McFly concert again since I went last year but when I saw this tour was announced I knew I had to go so I did. I remember going to the pre-sale link and considering where to see them. Birmingham seemed the easiest because we have a train that goes all the way to Birmingham so that would make it easier. The day finally came and I thought I'd share a photo journal of my day when I saw McFly VS Busted in Birmingham.

Let's get started.
Took a train to Birmingham International.
I went to the Novotel for lunch and had a steak sandwich and chips. The only issue was the steak was very chewy.
Got to the hotel which was the Ibis at Birmingham International. It had the comfiest bed and wasn't far away from the venue.
Had a bit of time to chill so ended up watching some Classic Coronation Street.
It was time to get ready so I did my make up.
I also decided to straighten my hair as it was a little frizzy from travelling.
Finally it was time to head to the arena which was BP Pulse Live. I've never actually been here but it was a pretty cool venue with places to eat, drink and merchandise stalls inside.
Of course I had to get a little merch. Ended up getting a wristband, lanyard and also a top. Honestly, it's nice to take a memento home. Even though it's a little pricey, it's something I'll keep for life.
Finally we got to the venue and had a pretty decent view. I was in Block A, Row B and Seat 12. It was behind the standing pit but honestly not a bad view plus we had seats before the concert started but when it started everyone was on their feet and being in row B still had a pretty good view of the stage. Now I'm going to show the highlights, not going into too much detail of what they played and the songs but they played loads of my favorites. McFly, I didn't stop singing. Busted. I mainly only know their old stuff and haven't caught up with their new stuff but all around it was a pretty amazing show. Well put together and honestly the best night of my life.
Honestly, I had such an amazing time and it was worth the wait. It made me wish I could go again and I did kind of consider it. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend seeing them live.

Anyway, that's all I have to say. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and I'll be back tomorrow with another post.

See you then.
