August Plans

I cannot believe it's finally August. This year has kind of been a crazy and unpredictable year full of ups and downs. To think in just over a month, I will finally been moving up to Manchester to go and study my master's degree. I thought I'd take this moment to share with you my August plans as I have a busy month planned.

Declutter
As I'm moving away from home, I think it's about time I have one final sort out and declutter before I go. I have been decluttering a lot this year but I think I need to get it done one final time before I move. Of course I know when I move I'm not going to take everything but the kitchen sink and my mum has said I can keep stuff at her house but it only seems fair to at least go through what's important and what's not. So yeah I'm going to be doing a lot of decluttering this month.

Packing
This ties in with the previous goal and of course because I'm moving in just over a month, I think it's about time I did some packing. I have started to get things organised but I haven't actually packed anything yet. It's kind of weird packing for university again but I'm also really excited about it. I applied to study a master's degree way back in February and got accepted in March so it all finally feels very real now. I'm excited about the next chapter in my life and I'm going to make the most of it.

Blogging
I've been on and off with blogging recently but I have some plans to create some university related posts this month as I'm going to university. I thought it would be a fun idea and be useful to anybody going to university this September.

Writing
As you know if you've been reading my blog that I'm writing a novel. I've finished the first draft and I'm currently working on my second draft so I hope to get some writing done this month too.

Anyway, that's about it for my plans for August. There isn't a lot I can do during this pandemic but these things will definitely keep me busy this month. Let me know what you're plans are for August and whether you're going to university in September. I would love to hear about it.

Thank you for reading my blog and I'll be back soon with another post for you.

See you then.
