Feeling Happy

I thought I'd make a kind of rambly post today. There's no real set plan. I'm just going to type away what's on my mind. At the moment I'm feeling very happy. I don't really know why. Maybe because it's December and we're drawing closer to Christmas plus it's the last month of the year so it's almost time for new beginnings. I do have a few big plans for 2020 which I'm very excited about. I can't wait to start making plans and achieving my goals. I already have my new years resolutions written down in preparation for the new year.

So yeah, I'm feeling very happy and relaxed at the moment which I guess in today's society is a rare thing. Usually we all get so stressed about things and sometimes we have some worries too so it's rare to have a moment where you feel genuinely happy and relaxed. I suggest just taking five minutes and thinking about how lucky you are. For starters your probably reading this post on a phone or a laptop or a tablet. I mean there are some people that can't even afford the latest gadgets. So just be grateful that you're still alive and in this world. Perhaps you're currently doing something you hate but in time you'll do something you love and who knows where life will take you. I'm making a big change in my life and it's kind of scary but also kind of exciting. That's why I'm looking forward to the new year because I have a feeling things are slowly looking up for me.

Another thing I wanted to mention. It's kind of expected to be selfless and help others. Everyone knows that but I think we should all take a moment to look after ourselves too. It's important to make sure we're happy and it's okay to be a little selfish and look after yourself. You are just as important as the rest of the world so try and make sure you're okay. If something is bringing you down, try and change it or talk to someone. You're not meant to be unhappy. After all you only live once so try not to waste it being unhappy. Do something you love and take care of yourself.

I didn't expect this post to get so deep but here we are.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this little rambly post from me and took away something from it. Let me know what makes you happy. I would love to hear it.

I'll be back again tomorrow with another Blogmas post.

See you then.
